FAQs

Q: What should I wear?
A: Any dance/fitness/yoga wear that you feel comfortable moving in.

Q: Do I need special shoes?
A: Nope, most clients work out in bare feet although you are welcome to use clean sneakers/dance shoes if you desire more support.

Q: What equipment do I need?
A: We have everything you’ll need including water bottles for purchase.

Q: What type of flooring is in your studio?
A: Our group fitness/dance studio has a state of the art sprung floor for maximum shock absorption. It’s safer for your joints and looks great too!

Q: Where do I park?
A: There is ample parking on Jefferson Street as well as the large lot across from the YMCA. The lot directly behind our building is off limits.

Q: How do I create a client profile?
A: When you select a “new client offer” you will be redirected to Mind/Body. Follow the prompts to create your profile. This enables you to pre-register for classes.

Q: Do I need to pre- register for classes?
A: It’s not mandatory but we certainly encourage it to ensure that you have a spot. You can sign up by visiting our class schedule on the home page, on our Studio 509 Facebook page and on our Studio 509 App. (It’s FREE and available for IPhones and Androids)
